Bemus Point NY offers relaxing weekend fun with riverboat cruises and lakeside dining everyone can enjoy.

The official business directory and community guide for Bemus Point, NY — operated by the Bemus Point Business Association on the shores of Lake Chautauqua.

You can always leave Friday and come back Tuesday.
Labor Day weekend was made for Bemus Point. 🌊

Labor Day weekend is September 5th through 7th and this is the one you do not skip. The last long weekend of summer on Chautauqua Lake. Four nights. Three full days. The village fully alive with people who refuse to let the season end quietly.

Friday dinner at one of the many unique local restaurants. Saturday on the water with your pontoon from Bemus Bay Water Toys with nowhere to be. Sunday golden hour that stretches longer than it should satisfying your sweet tooth with ice cream from Bemus Point Market. Monday morning breakfast at Bemus Point Inn because you earned one more morning before you head home.

The lake is still warm. The restaurants are still open. The village is still doing exactly what it does all summer.

You are allowed to take this weekend.

Save this and send it to whoever you are coming with. 👇

Chautauqua Lake in the fall is something else entirely. And we want to see yours. 🍂

We are building our fall content and we want YOUR photos of Bemus Point in autumn. The lake. The foliage. The village. Golden hour. That moment when the whole shoreline turns orange and gold and you had to stop and take a picture.

Drop your best fall photo of Bemus Point or Chautauqua Lake in the comments below. 👇

We will pick our favorites and feature them across the Visit Bemus Point Instagram and Facebook pages with full credit and a tag back to you.

By dropping your photo in the comments you are giving Visit Bemus Point permission to share your image on our social media pages with credit to you. We will always tag you when we use it.

This is your community. These are your moments. Help us show the world what fall in Bemus Point actually looks like.

Some moments aren’t meant to fit your phone screen.

That’s the thing about traveling to Bemus Point 📍

It reminds you how taking the slow lane is the path to take, how beautiful small moments are, and how some memories deserve to be experienced, not cropped.

Sorry Instagram…
this was a 16:9 kind of shot.
